Executive-Level Leadership Community (Community School Pillar Focus)
This tier oversees the strategic vision and overall coordination of community school initiatives. It is responsible for aligning programs with the core pillars—such as student leadership, wellness, civic engagement, and transportation support—and ensuring sustainability and equity across all efforts.
 
Site-Level Leadership Community (Staff, Students, and Community Members)
This group operates at each school site and is composed of staff, students, and community members. It collaborates to plan, implement, and evaluate programs aligned with the community school pillars. This team fosters communication between the school and community, ensuring programs meet local needs and are culturally responsive.
 
Community School Student Leadership
  • Community School Communication Ambassadors: Responsible for promoting awareness of programs, sharing success stories, and maintaining open lines of communication between the community and school.
    Community School Wellness Leaders:Focused on wellness advocacy, mental health initiatives, and peer support projects, working closely with MSWs for success tracking and program evaluation.
