Ages Served: 16 - 24

SBWIB YouthBuild Participant Eligibility: Must be between the ages of 16 and 24 at the time of enrollment, meet low-income guidelines, no longer attending school, and provide eligibility documentation. Click here for full eligibility guidelines and enrollment checklist.

• Case Management support
• Partnership with South Bay One-Stop Business and Career Center (American Job Center of California) for paid and unpaid job training and internships, and job placement and long-term employment.
• Partnership with AmeriCorps for community service and education award of up to $1638.00
• Partnership with Habitat for Humanity for Greater Los Angeles for construction training to rebuild homes for low-income families.
• Paid training and hands-on experience in the field of construction
• Referrals for mental health and counseling services, drug counseling, anger management counseling
